Abhyudaya , an initiative from Keshav Kripa Samvardhana Samiti (R), Bengaluru has distributed Sewing machines to deserved families as part of Post Covid Livelihood Support. This leads a step towards Aatma Nirbhar Bharat. The event was arranged on Friday, Oct. 30th, 2020 @ 11:30 AM at Abhyudaya, Jnanagiri office. The function was presided by Mr. Sridhar BR, Architect and Rotary District Secretary, Bengaluru
Background: Corona has affected the livelihood of many people. Several people have lost jobs. There are certain section of society particularly from socially and economically deprived background who may find it very difficult to cope up with loss of employment due to lack of savings.
Abhyudaya has taken an initiative to support such needy families by giving them simple items which can help them to be self employed. These items include push cart, Sewing machine, carpentry tool set, plumbing tool set, Electrical tool kits. This supports people from lower income group to earn their livelihood and survive with help of these kits/machines.
