On this Teacher’s day, 5th of September, Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) for parents of SSLC students was organized at Abhyudaya’s Jnanagiri. These students from various schools in and around Konanakunte area are attending the Free coaching classes at Abhyudaya.
Shri Lakshminarayan, Chief Functionary of Abhyudaya, briefed the parents on the significance of time management and the importance of being punctual to meetings. This way, parents should become role models for their kids.
Shri Vidyashakar, Advisory Board Member of Abhyudaya asked parents to encourage their children to make good use of opportunities given to them at Abhyudaya. He gave several examples of Abhyudaya Alumni, who have benefitted by securing free seats at Rashtrotthana PU college, Deeksha PU college etc.
Parents were also asked to switch off their TVs during study time so that their children can concentrate better. Later, parents’ queries were answered by the teachers and volunteers. The session was informative to all the parents.
